At ARO we respect the privacy of everyone who visits this site. This page explains, transparently, which cookies exist on the site, what they're used for, and how you can control them.

The site does not collect any analytics data before receiving explicit consent. If you choose not to consent, no tracking tool is loaded for you.

What cookies this site uses

Microsoft Clarity — a free analytics tool that analyzes how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps) so we can improve the experience. Loaded only after explicit consent in the cookie banner.
The tool does not collect identifying details like name, phone or email, and automatically masks form fields and sensitive content in screen recordings, per Microsoft's privacy policy.
The data is stored with Microsoft, is not shared with any other third party, and is not sold.

Your choice

You can change your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer — both to accept and to revoke a previous consent.

Revoking consent reloads the page to make sure tracking stops completely.

We work to align the site with the updated disclosure requirements under Israeli privacy law, and will update this policy accordingly as needed.

Instagram comments and messages

When you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts or Reels, our app ("AroFlows Comment Replies", built on the official Instagram API by Meta) sends you a single private message with the resource you asked for.

To do this we receive, through Meta, your Instagram username, your account ID within our app, and the text of the comment. We use this only to send that one reply and to make sure we do not message you twice.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone other than the automation service that sends the reply (Make.com). Processing records are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.

Data deletion

To delete any data we hold about you from Instagram, email arnon@aroflows.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Instagram username and the words "delete my data". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

You can also remove our app's access at any time in Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites.
